Short, punchy animated videos to present your app, your product or your business. For social media, your website or the app stores, in the right format and in several languages.
Devolim makes short motion design videos for app makers and businesses: app presentations for the stores, vertical ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, videos for the top of a website, demos and company presentations. Every video starts from a one-sentence message, a script and a storyboard approved with you, then it is animated in code with Remotion. That way, the same project comes out in vertical, square or landscape format and in several languages, without redoing the animation. Key messages are written on screen, so the video makes sense without sound.
App presentation videos
Fifteen to thirty seconds to show what your app does and make people want to install it. We have made one for each of ours.
Social media ads
Vertical videos designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Videos for your website
An animated loop that explains your offer at the top of a page.
Several languages
One video adapted into English, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch or Korean.
Script and storyboard

Clear without sound
Key messages are written on screen: many videos are watched on mute.

The right formats
A video is made for the place where it will be watched. The same project can come out in all three formats without starting over: the layout adapts to the frame.
16:9Landscape1920 × 1080YouTube, your website, a presentation, a trade show
One animation, three frames: the text, the character and the subtitles reposition themselves for each format.
9:16VerticalFull screen on a phone, the format that takes up the most space.
1:1SquareReadable everywhere, whether the screen is held upright or sideways.
16:9LandscapeThe format of computers and televisions.
And how long?
The shorter the video, the more every second counts. The bar on each card fills up in real time.
6sOne line, one imageJust long enough for a hook and a name to remember. Ideal in a story, or right before another video.Bumper, stories
15sOne idea, one actionEnough to show a feature and say what to do next. It is the length of our app presentation videos.Reels, Shorts, page header
30sOne problem, one solutionThe hook, the problem, your answer, then the call to action. The format of our social media ads.TikTok, Reels, ads
60sA full presentationTo introduce a company or explain a feature in detail, to someone who already wants to know more.Website, YouTube, trade show
And the exact size of a screen. For a website or an app, we also fit the video to a specific screen. Our presentation videos match the iPhone screen, 1080 × 2416 pixels, with nothing important under the Dynamic Island or in the rounded corners.
How a video gets made
Our videos are written in code, timed to the exact frame. When a second language or another format is needed, everything is already set up to adapt.

What makes a video work
Six rules we apply to every video, ours and yours alike. They hold for a fifteen-second ad as much as for a one-minute presentation.
0 s2 s15 s
Hook in two seconds
On a scrolling feed, people decide in an instant whether to stay. The first image and the first line say straight away who and what it is about.

How we work together
1
A first conversation
You tell us about your project, your audience and where the video will be published.
2
You approve the script
Nothing gets animated until you are happy with the text and the storyboard.
3
You comment on a draft
You watch it on your phone, and we adjust the pace, the text and the colours.
4
You receive everything
The final videos, in every planned format and language.
Usually between 15 and 30 seconds for social media, and up to a minute for a company presentation. We fit the length to the platform and the message.
Does the video make sense without sound?
Yes, that is one of our rules: key messages are written on screen and subtitles appear as the lines are spoken, because many videos are watched on mute.
Do you do the voiceover?
Yes, with natural-sounding synthetic voices chosen for each language. A video can also do without a voice and rely on its on-screen text.
What do we need to provide?
Your logo, your colours and your fonts if you have them, and the message you want to get across. For an app or software, access so we can show its real screens. The script, animation, voice and music are on us.
Can you make the same video in several languages?
Yes. Our videos are built in code: for another language, we change the text and the voice without redoing the animation. We have already done it in English, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch and Korean.
Do you use filmed footage?
Our videos are motion design: shapes, text, illustrations and animated characters. We can include your photos, your visuals or the screens of your app.
Is the music royalty-free?
Yes. The music and sound effects we use are royalty-free, and the video can also be delivered without music.
Do I need an app to order a video?
No. We also make videos to present a product, a service or a company.
