This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
This site sets no cookies, uses no advertising trackers and stores nothing in your browser. The fonts are hosted on the site itself: your browser does not contact Google or any other third-party service to display them.
Audience measurement
To know how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool sets no cookies, does not follow you from one site to another and only gives us overall figures (number of visits, pages viewed, country, type of device), never the identity of a visitor.
We also count, anonymously, a few actions on the site: clicks on buttons and links, steps completed in the contact form, articles read to the end and pages not found. We only record daily totals (the action, the page, the type of device and the country), without cookies, without identifiers and without your IP address: it is impossible to identify a person from them or to follow a visitor from one page to another. These totals are kept for thirteen months at most, at Cloudflare.
The contact form
When you fill in the form, we receive your answers (your needs, the stage of the project, the description of your idea, the name of the app), your name, your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
This data is used solely to reply to you and to prepare a possible quote. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not stored on the site: it reaches us by email, through our form service.
- Data controller: BAUGEY MATHEO, trading as DEVOLIM, contact@devolim.fr.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- Retention period: three years after our last exchange, if no contract is signed.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (site hosting, United States, covered by the Data Privacy Framework) and Web3Forms (receiving the form and sending the email; a copy of your request is kept in our Web3Forms account).
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure or the restriction of its processing, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@devolim.fr. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at cnil.fr.
